Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert technical support to sales and customers for products and services, including resolving technical issues.
  • •Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
  • •Verify technical specifications and drawings (SLD/GA) with plant and site for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Serve as the primary contact for site installation communication between plant and customers, coordinating meetings, site visits, and inspections.
  • •Handle technical matters related to product, installation, and service, including recommendations and solutions for customers and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years in the Electrical Distribution industry.
  • •Proven experience in a technical support or field application engineering role.
  • •Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and installation processes.
  • •Knowledge of IEC/CNS standards and Electrical Power Distribution products, especially Low Voltage Switchgear.
