Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to carry out work in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • •Implement delivery checklists and procedures for ready shipments, including checking addresses, sorting, contacting customers, and determining delivery date and location.
  • •Complete and return deliveries to the delivery center by accepted times; update the operations system and hand over bills to in-charge staff.
  • •Achieve delivery and/or receipt targets for the number of shipments.
  • •Maintain safety and security standards, follow vehicle procedures and delivery driving routes/time schedules, perform routine vehicle maintenance, and maintain group assets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or equivalent.
  • •2-5 years of experience in a delivery center.
  • •Valid Driver’s License with evidence of insurability.
  • •Forklift certificate.
  • •Knowledge of IT skills and Microsoft Office programs, with a quality service focus for customers.
