Key Responsibilities

  • •Encode customer orders accurately and on-time, evaluating quantities, minimum requirements, and requested delivery/ship dates versus lead time.
  • •Acknowledge orders and communicate back to customers within 24 hours, ensuring auto-acknowledgment information is accurate and realistic.
  • •Generate and analyze open order reports, confirm ship dates with plant and shipping teams, and proactively communicate status at least 1 week ahead of ship date.
  • •Partner with plant schedulers for demand management and control to support cost-effective shop floor scheduling.
  • •Improve the fulfillment process and mitigate service risks by escalating issues through proper channels; provide backup for key customer care specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
  • •3-5 years’ experience in customer service in a fast-moving consumer or manufacturing environment.
  • •Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data.
  • •JDE, Cognos, or Tableau proficiency is a plus.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications, with effective communication to customers and internal teams.
