Production Coordinator-PT- Archer Music Hall

Assist the Production Manager with administrative and operational support for show and event productions at Archer Music Hall. Manage daily show flash (P&L), scheduling, staffing coordination, budget tracking, inventory and maintenance logs, and vendor records. Maintain production manuals and training materials, support and coordinate production personnel, and help ensure safe, consistent operation of stage and technical systems. Collaborate across departments with the Production Manager, GM, and Talent Buyer.
