Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles across all levels, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
•Partner with engineering managers and founders to understand technical requirements, team culture, and the hiring bar for each role.
•Build and maintain a qualified engineering candidate pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing, referrals, and community engagement.
•Craft tailored outreach and run a structured interview process, including evaluation criteria, interviewer training, and candidate experience.
•Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and improve recruiting processes, tooling, and employer branding.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in-house at a tech company (agency experience is a plus).
•Experience recruiting software engineers across disciplines such as backend, frontend, fullstack, infrastructure, and ML/AI.
•Comfort hiring in early-stage startups (Seed through Series B) with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-velocity environments.
•Strong technical literacy to evaluate engineering requirements and discuss the stack credibly with candidates.
•Proven ability to fill hard-to-hire senior engineering roles through proactive sourcing and strong candidate relationships.
