Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and analyze elements contained in investment dossiers and market data to support investment decisions.
  • •Analyze market conditions and assess the asset within its market context.
  • •Model financial and economic parameters for investment opportunities, including office and retail assets and real estate portfolios.
  • •Prepare English-language documents for the Allianz/PIMCO Prime Real Estate Investment Committee.
  • •Participate in the acquisition and sale process (information memorandums, offer letters, due diligence) and collaborate with asset management, fund management, risk management and other teams to ensure project execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bac+5 level degree (business school, engineering school, or real estate/master in finance)
  • •Excellent command of Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel
  • •Proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • •Ability to work quickly in a project-based, small team environment
  • •Strong financial modeling, synthesis, and note-writing skills in English
