Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, develop and implement the store operational plan to exceed sales objectives.
  • •Establish sales budgets and targets, cascade to the team and ensure targets are met.
  • •Lead and manage the daily store operational activities to deliver high customer service and maximize sales and profitability.
  • •Ensure proper storage, tracking and control of inventory and merchandising/replenishment.
  • •Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and back office departments to secure smooth operations.

Key Requirements
