Key Responsibilities

•Define, develop and implement the store operational plan to exceed sales objectives.
•Establish sales budgets and targets, cascade to the team and ensure targets are met.
•Lead and manage the daily store operational activities to deliver high customer service and maximize sales and profitability.
•Ensure proper storage, tracking and control of inventory and merchandising/replenishment.
•Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and back office departments to secure smooth operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
•At least 5 years of relevant experience.
•Experience leading and coaching the retail team.
•Ability to develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan (Talent Development).
•Familiarity with inventory control, merchandising and replenishment processes.
