Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead AOCC service partner relationships, government liaison, customer engagement, and collaborative project delivery through agreements and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Build AOCC capability through training, onboarding, process integration, system adoption, and change enablement across people, systems, and facilities.
  • •Manage AOCC operational risk and resilience by reducing risk exposure, maintaining business continuity plans, and aligning service partner readiness across DXB and DWC.

  • •7–10 years of relevant experience.

  • •Strong capability in AODB and fixed resource management systems.
