Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Quality Engineers and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on operational efficiency and cost-out programs.
  • •Work with Manufacturing and Product Leadership to evaluate product enhancement and cost optimization opportunities.
  • •Coordinate engineering teams executing continuous improvement and cost-out actions.
  • •Manage engineering change processes (ECR/PCB), track implementation progress, and monitor improvement KPIs.
