Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation, geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and infrastructure evolution (e.g., EOR/vendor transitions, payroll migrations).
  • •Build and drive program plans by translating objectives into workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions; proactively manage risks and adjust as facts change.
  • •Connect the dots across functions by partnering with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and others to ensure cross-workstream dependencies are handled.
  • •Own program communication and change management, providing executive updates and clear employee communications for affected transitions.
  • •Create repeatable infrastructure as the organization scales by converting learnings into templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 annually
