Key Responsibilities

  • •Run a full recruiting desk covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for mission-critical roles.
  • •Partner with client groups on headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback; recommend top candidates.
  • •Source and screen candidates, discuss screened candidates with client groups, and help coordinate interview logistics.
  • •Provide candidate tours before onsite interviews and attend interviews alongside client groups as an additional evaluator.
  • •Manage the offer process including background checks, negotiating offer packages, and extending offer letters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, or associate degree and 2+ years, or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • •Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing.
  • •Comfort reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on recruiting data.
  • •Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
