Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the GSE&SC Procurement team, providing training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management aligned to internal policies and government regulations.
  • •Execute compliant sourcing activities across direct and indirect procurement, driving strategic negotiations and regulatory compliance (including FAR).
  • •Manage catalog management processes including RFQs, supplier summits, and proposal/response analysis (cost, unit of measure, minimums/multiples), collaborating with data and PMO teams on pricing models and strategies.
  • •Oversee supplier management and performance, including quarterly supplier performance reviews, OTD tracking via weekly reporting, and corrective actions to improve KPIs.
  • •Provide leadership reporting (monthly and quarterly) with insights and recommendations, and coordinate across procurement stakeholders to resolve sourcing blockers and ensure SLA delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; 4+ years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain operations, compliance, or a related discipline, including 4+ years of corporate/FAR-regulated supply chain experience with at least 3+ years in government contracting.
  • •Experience with complex agreement negotiations, managing RFPs, and developing strategic sourcing approaches, including total cost of ownership analyses and cost containment strategies.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • •US citizenship required.
