Construction Project Manager

Own site selection through project closeout for commercial/industrial construction projects. Source and secure development sites, lead entitlements and permitting, and coordinate design and construction activities with architects, engineers, and consultants. Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and milestone reporting, while overseeing pre-construction transition, GC procurement, weekly project meetings, and final documentation including punch lists and inspections. Hands-on presence at job sites is expected.
