  • •Advise Project Delivery Teams on commercial health of projects by analyzing project types and risks early.

  • •Review and approve design outputs, coordinate design teams, and ensure quality reviews with appropriate Lead Verifiers.
  • •Collaborate with clients to confirm design approach and handle scope changes, and prepare cost proposals for projects or programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Honours degree in a built environment field with at least 8 years of relevant post-graduate experience (or B-Tech, National Higher Diploma, or National Diploma with the stated minimum years).
  • •Experience overseeing the full design management responsibilities of projects, including reporting and KPI preparation.
  • •Ability to analyze projects commercially and advise Project Delivery Teams on commercial health, highlighting concerns in advance.
  • •Professional registration: PrEng with ECSA, or PrArch with SACAP, or PrCPM with SACPCMP (PrCPM).
  • •Certification as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-SP, or PMI-ACP with PMI.
