Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage multiple strategic supply chain projects and programs, ensuring delivery of outcomes, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • •Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels, using PowerPoint to drive consensus and decisions.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to align and execute strategic initiatives across Supply Chain and other functions.
  • •Analyze large datasets using advanced analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and develop performance-driving reports.
  • •Document all phases of project/program/process development and disseminate knowledge to relevant functional areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles in a matrixed/global organization.
  • •Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve business processes and decision-making.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization), Databricks, and PowerPoint; Tableau, Power BI, or SQL preferred.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence and build relationships across teams and geographies.
