Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant construction projects.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slips and forecast/update milestones.
  • •Ensure project governance processes, best practices, and approved design standards are applied correctly.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and manage supplier and project-team interfaces through trackers, reviews, meetings, and written communications.
  • •Provide technical support including RFIs response, cost control, value engineering, constructability guidance, and independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 175,000 annually
