Key Responsibilities

  • •Select suitable candidates and support them throughout the onboarding process for interviewers.
  • •Train and onboard interviewers for nationwide face-to-face fieldwork, including standardized interviewing techniques for new entrants.
  • •Plan and run individual and small-group coaching sessions independently via webinar or in-person, and further develop training programs.
  • •Provide expert support for questions related to survey projects and support field teams in caring for interviewers to ensure smooth field operations.
  • •Prepare and provide training events and learning materials, using both digital platforms and analog formats.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed degree, ideally in social sciences, sociology, psychology, social pedagogy, communication studies, or a comparable training focused on personnel development/training.
  • •Patience and empathy to convey complex methodological topics to interviewers of different age groups clearly and motivatingly.
  • •First professional experience in knowledge transfer, training, coaching, or field operations.
  • •Strong proficiency with MS Office (especially PowerPoint), common video-conferencing tools, and ideally experience with e-learning software.
  • •Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken), with reliability, strong communication/presentation skills, and a structured working style.
