Key Responsibilities

•Lead legal support for expansion into new markets, including entity setup, regulatory approvals, and commercial launch
•Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including trading, technology, services, vendor, and partnership contracts
•Support corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and investment structures
•Monitor regulatory developments in key jurisdictions and translate them into clear, actionable guidance for the business
•Manage licensing and ongoing compliance matters in regulated markets (Malta, India, UAE/DIFC) and act as a key legal partner to internal teams

Key Requirements

•7+ years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer
•Qualified lawyer with rigorous legal thinking
•Experience at a major international or top-tier regional law firm
•Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional legal projects independently and to deadlines
•Advanced user of Google Workspace and modern AI platforms (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to increase output quality and speed
