Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure it is safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles and vehicle detailing in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Ability to sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • •Must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary within the first 90 days of employment.
