Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with EX process and service leads to identify top opportunities and determine where AI is worth solving.
  • •Design, build, and deploy full stack systems end to end, owning projects from prototype to production with integration support from tech teams.
  • •Create and standardize reusable patterns and tools to raise the quality bar for future deployments.
  • •Rotate across Transformation Office initiatives, pairing with process or service leads to address real workload drivers and bottlenecks.
  • •Present findings, demos, and recommendations to collaborators and leadership, building credibility as a technical owner.

Salary: USD 93,200 - 179,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Science, HCI, Information Science, AI, or related fields; expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
  • •Experience building full stack software (frontend and backend) through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and APIs (e.g., Claude, GPT, or Copilot), including comfort designing prompts, workflows, or lightweight agents.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and/or JavaScript, including API integration and version control.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical collaborators.
