Key Responsibilities

  • •Read blueprints and shop orders and verify dimensions using calipers, squares, and tape measure.
  • •Operate and set up production machinery.
  • •Maintain safety, quality, and production quotas during production activities.
  • •Handle product movement and confirmations with the required associated documentation.
  • •Work scheduled core hours (Monday–Friday 3:00 pm–11:00 pm) and complete mandatory overtime when required.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the Highland, IL facility will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service Member candidates are exempt).

  • •Prior experience setting up and running production machinery, including operating presses and related equipment (preferred).
  • •Ability to move, position, and/or lift parts or boxes weighing 10–50 lbs. and be available to work overtime as required.
