•Design and implement offline/real-time data architecture for large-scale recommendation systems.
•Design and implement flexible, scalable, stable, high-performance storage systems and computation models.
•Troubleshoot production systems and build mechanisms/tools to improve production stability.
•Build distributed systems covering offline/online storage and batch/stream processing frameworks for large-scale data and business systems.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
•Proficiency in common big data processing systems like Spark/Flink at the source code level, including customizing or extending them.
•Deep understanding of the source code of at least one data lake technology (Hudi, Iceberg, or DeltaLake).
•Knowledge of HDFS principles and familiarity with columnar storage formats like Parquet or ORC.
