Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of the release and program lifecycle, from product definition to post-release evaluation, managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • •Develop and execute strategic forecasts and plans, setting clear milestones to keep releases and programs on track.
  • •Provide leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • •Partner with product management and engineering teams to ensure releases address customer needs.
  • •Proactively identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate program risks while ensuring compliance and continuous quality improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer engineering or another engineering field with 10–12 years of project management experience in embedded product development.
  • •PMP certification and Scrum Master certification (added advantage).
  • •Experience leading complex product development programs in a global setup.
  • •Hands-on experience in Electronics Hardware/Embedded Software development is useful, with embedded product development project management being a must.
  • •Demonstrated ability to plan and manage budget, resources, work activities, and risks/mitigations for New Product Development (NPD) projects.
