Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently own business analysis deliverables for a defined project or workstream within an agreed approach and scope.
  • •Assess business problems and opportunities through feasibility, process, and impact assessments; identify AI/automation/technology-enabled use cases.
  • •Elicit, document, and validate requirements including epics and user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules/controls, and assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Translate business needs into structured, testable requirements; define expected outcomes and exception processes, and support solution design with technology teams.
  • •Support testing and implementation readiness: develop test scenarios, analyze defects, maintain traceability, plan pilots, and measure adoption/value.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear, testable business and functional requirements.
  • •Working knowledge of feasibility analysis, testing, and operational readiness.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • •Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
  • •Business Analysis, Agile, or project-delivery qualification is advantageous.
