Key Responsibilities

  • •Own RF Transceiver validation for transceiver SoC debugging, driving systematic identification of issues and root causes.
  • •Oversee RF, IF, and DC measurement activities, including receiver/transmitter chain measurements and characterization.
  • •Manage RF PCB schematic/layout development activities, including material selection and implementing design changes with third-party PCB partners.
  • •Lead test automation and interpretation of measurements, including coding automation, PVT corner processing, visualization, and distinguishing IC vs. setup issues.
  • •Mentor and develop a team of young engineers on RF fundamentals and system-level aspects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience with RF validation and debugging RF IPs.
  • •Proficiency in 2 or more areas: transceiver SoC debug, RF measurements, RF PCB development, test automation/measurement interpretation, or interface programming.
  • •Experience mentoring a team of young engineers through RF fundamentals and system-level aspects.
  • •Understanding of RF systems and key instruments.
