Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage all EHS programs for the Miamisburg manufacturing facility to ensure compliance and alignment with corporate standards.
  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve the site EHS management system (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001).
  • •Serve as primary liaison/SME for OSHA, EPA, Ohio EPA, and fire code requirements, including hazardous waste and stormwater obligations.
  • •Lead root cause investigations for injuries and near-misses and manage CAPA to reduce recordable incidents using data indicators.
  • •Directly supervise and develop EHS professionals and the Site Security Supervisor, and deliver Life Saving Rule-aligned training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering preferred).
  • •7+ years of progressive EHS leadership in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Expertise in OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910) and EPA/environmental compliance (waste, air, water).
  • •Experience managing Workers’ Compensation cases and leading complex injury investigations with CAPA.
  • •Analytical data tools and enterprise EHS systems (Enablon/Smartsheet preferred).
