Key Responsibilities

  • •Build comprehensive firmware verification plans for key firmware features.
  • •Develop white/grey-box, known, and closed system testing methods for SSD firmware validation.
  • •Analyze regression failures and perform root-cause analysis using deep SSD domain expertise.
  • •Lead test development, test deployment, test automation, and reporting activities.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally, communicate risks/mitigations clearly, and participate in code reviews to guide coverage and quality; lead a technical team as required.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • •6-8 years of pertinent experience in SSD firmware test development.
  • •Strong SSD firmware testing experience, including Python programming.
  • •Deep understanding of storage industry protocols such as PCIe and NVMe.
  • •Experience with automated build, continuous integration, and test automation systems, plus familiarity with Agile and Git branch management.
