Job Summary

Drive the deployment and commercialization of Mastercard’s digital payment solutions across the AU/NZ region, focusing on Click to Pay, Token Authentication, Secure Card on File, and Agentic Commerce. Own technical product delivery, from pre-sales support and scoping through implementation and post-launch support, partnering with acquirers, PSPs, merchants, and internal engineering and UX teams to define requirements and ensure compliant integrations.

•Deliver technical product initiatives for Click to Pay, Token Authentication, Secure Card on File, and Agentic Commerce.
•Lead customer implementations from initial sale and pre-sales support through scoping, solutioning, implementation, and post-launch support.
•Drive technical integration with acquirers, PSPs, and merchants.
•Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to define product requirements, user flows, and technical specifications.
•Ensure compliance with Mastercard standards and local regulations and optimize product performance and customer experience.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Experience with API integrations, SDKs, and digital wallet ecosystems.
•Understanding software development processes, including APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise system architecture.
•Ability to engage confidently with engineering and technical stakeholders.
•Strategic thinker and self-starter who can drive cross-functional initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
