Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard, train, and lead Mechanics and Senior Mechanics; assign daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • •Complete quality checks and ensure operational compliance and safety of vehicles before warehouse departure.
  • •Manage battery operations, including inspection, rotation, and check in/out.
  • •Support inventory management and organization of tools, parts, and vehicles.
  • •Perform vehicle repairs in the field and warehouse, including basic maintenance, complex electronic part replacement, and tire maintenance where needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license and a good driving record.
  • •1 year of experience in a similar industry; ability to train others preferred.
  • •Be able to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • •Lift up to 65 lbs (35 kg) on a frequent basis.
  • •Safety-oriented mindset and ability to use data/KPIs to inform decisions.
