Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the Level Design team to meet project objectives, quality standards, and production milestones.
  • •Set clear goals and performance expectations aligned with the broader project vision.
  • •Collaborate with design leadership and artists to create memorable gameplay spaces and visual composition.
  • •Design, prototype, implement, and polish in-game spaces and content (including level geometry and enemy encounters) using proprietary tools.
  • •Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and performance management; act as a liaison to other departments to convey the design vision.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a professional Level Designer (or equivalent training and experience).
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, set priorities, and deliver against production timelines.
  • •Experience with technical game design, including implementation in tools, game logic, and visual scripting.
  • •Understanding and execution of open world level design fundamentals in modern game engines.
  • •Ability to collaborate in a creative team and provide clear, actionable feedback and support team growth.
