Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and support tech/fab-specific scribe recipes to generate reticle floorplan databases.
  • •Support Scribe Layout (KERF) development and support across various process nodes.
  • •Apply knowledge of ETEST structures, fab alignment structures, and photolithography.
  • •Collaborate with and guide teams across ATD (process development, PDK), EDA, and business units for tapeout readiness.
  • •Ensure consistent application of methodologies and best practices while maintaining cycle time and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of hardware engineering or related work experience.
  • •Understanding of layout and fabrication process fundamentals (FEOL/BEOL).
  • •Hands-on experience with mask data preparation tools such as Cadence Mask Compose.
  • •Knowledge of mask data tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Pegasus designrev, and Mentor calibredrv.
  • •Strong scripting skills (PERL, Python, TCL, or Cadence skill) focused on layout automation and geometry processing algorithms.
