Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience across end-to-end renewals, customer success, revenue operations, and strategy/analytics supporting go-to-market teams.
  • •Background driving strategic projects improving renewal, retention, and expansion outcomes in recurring revenue or SaaS environments.
  • •Proficiency in SaaS renewals forecasting (self-managed and consumption), pipeline analysis, and translating data into clear business recommendations.
  • •Advanced Salesforce skills, including building complex reports, dashboards, custom report types, and calculated fields.
  • •Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Sisense, Snowflake, Looker) and AI tools (e.g., Glean, Claude), plus strong quantitative skills using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
