Ensure guest safety at the Belasco Theater by proactively identifying and removing hazards, preventing and resolving altercations, and leading emergency evacuation procedures. Maintain venue control throughout shifts, monitor entrances and identification checks for age-restricted alcohol service, and inspect guests using metal detectors or pat-down searches to prevent weapons and harmful items. Enforce recording/photo policies, protect against theft and damage, and communicate clearly via radios, hand signals, and flashlights.
