Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and manage security architectures for OT environments (SCADA, PLCs, DCS, HMI, and IoT/IIoT).
•Conduct risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments for industrial control systems and enforce OT security policies aligned to IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
•Lead OT incident response and forensic investigations, coordinating with IT security and plant operations teams.
•Oversee deployment and maintenance of OT security controls, including network segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access.
•Develop detection and monitoring strategies using OT telemetry (e.g., historian data, OPC UA) integrated into SOC/SIEM, and perform secure-by-design reviews for digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
•10–12 years of progressive experience in OT security, industrial automation, or related engineering roles.
•Deep knowledge of industrial control system protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA, IEC 60870-5).
•Hands-on experience with OT network architectures, firewalls, DMZs, and secure remote access solutions.
•Strong understanding of IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISO 27019, plus vulnerability management/patching for OT devices.
