•Lead functional design workshops and capture design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
•Engage with customers to address technical solutions, validate requirements, and propose creative solutions to business problems.
•Provide hands-on delivery of ServiceNow solutions from design through testing and implementation.
•Work with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support client presentations, workshops, proofs of concept, and responses to technical inquiries.
•Mentor and coach others, share best practices and knowledge to grow the Engage ESM practices.
