Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the onboarding process for new employees with a focus on compliance, verification, and preparation of employment packages.
  • •Own the end-to-end employee onboarding lifecycle and address employee queries throughout the process.
  • •Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients and employees.
  • •Maintain and manage employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and confidentiality compliance.
  • •Support compliance initiatives (reporting, audits, and data integrity) and champion automation to streamline onboarding.
