Job Summary

Support the design and delivery of the Informa Markets tradeshow event experience for customers. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align event strategy, customer journey, logistics, and on-site execution—from pre-event registration and venue planning to managing sessions, vendors, delegates, and issues on the day. Help maintain event loyalty by feeding market trends back to the Event Manager, while supporting budget and venue/supplier negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support development of event strategy and direction, including idea generation to enhance the Informa Markets value proposition.
•Design and improve the overall event experience and ensure high-quality delivery aligned to strategy and customer needs.
•Coordinate pre-event planning including online registration, payments, participant database, venue layouts, schedules, and logistics.
•Manage on-site event execution end-to-end: sessions flow, registration oversight, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting issues.
•Support international delegates/participants arrangements, including related logistics, accommodation/transport, and information packs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Event Management, or equivalent practical relevant experience.
•At least 1 year of experience leading/executing event management; fresh graduates are welcome.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and follow-through.
•Creative mindset, multi-tasking ability, and pride in flawless work.
