Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in UX/product design, innovation, or product strategy, ideally in consulting, design studios, or growth-focused environments. Background must be in Visual or Graphic design.
  • •Experience defining and delivering client pitches, e.g. crafting concepts, prototypes and pitch materials to pitch and position to client stakeholders.
  • •Strong, hands-on portfolio showcasing high-fidelity design, strategic thinking, and executive storytelling.
  • •Expert in Figma and modern design tools; fluent in turning abstract problems into tangible solutions.
