Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, maintain, and improve recurring inventory reports, dashboards, and scorecards to measure inventory accuracy, cycle count completion, variance trends, and location-level discrepancies.
  • •Analyze inventory data across sites and partner nodes to identify physical-to-system mismatches, root causes, process gaps, and financial/operational exposure.
  • •Support cycle count planning and execution, including count schedules, discrepancy tracking, recount coordination, variance validation, and closure reporting.
  • •Monitor cycle count adherence by site and category, ensuring high-priority materials are counted on cadence and investigating, documenting, and closing variances timely.
  • •Reconcile inventory balances across ERP, WMS, partner reports, physical counts, and transaction evidence; track and drive closure of open exceptions while supporting audit-ready documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in inventory analysis or inventory control within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • •Strong understanding of inventory practices including cycle counting, variance analysis, reconciliation, receiving, transfers, scrap, MRB, RMA, and physical inventory controls.
  • •Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple sites, warehouses, contract manufacturers, 3PLs, or external partners.
  • •Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data comparisons, exception reporting, large-data-set analysis).
  • •Experience with ERP and WMS or inventory reporting systems (NetSuite preferred).
