Lead and develop the Newmarket Adidas concept store in Auckland, driving exceptional customer experience and commercial performance. •Manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
•Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success, ensuring all team are cognizant of store performance results, data, objectives and action plans.
•Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo.
•Address identified improvement areas to maximise commercial impact, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed.
•Drive continuous improvements in the store’s sales, productivity and profitability, identifying ways to remain most productive and efficient and actioning them.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading a retail team with a proven track record of achieving budgeted sales and KPI targets.
•Commercial mindset with a strong retail background and ability to align store performance with brand objectives.
•Experience coaching and training staff to drive KPI performance and brand knowledge.
•Strong leadership and people-management skills with ability to mentor high-potential performers.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-exposure concept store and liaising with brand leaders and stakeholders.
