Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and enforce employee policies and procedures to maintain a productive, harmonious work environment.
  • •Address employee grievances and conflicts while promoting employee engagement and morale.
  • •Provide guidance to employees and management on employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • •Administer HR service transactions including onboarding/offboarding, leave approvals, ticketing, medical insurance, reimbursements, and personal information updates.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSE and QM policies, procedures, and controls, supporting safety initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience; 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Proficient knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mediate conflicts, investigate issues, and guide employees and managers.
  • •Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation to address grievances fairly.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills for HR-related processes.
