Patient Engagement Specialist I

Serve as the first voice for patients by following up on inbound outreach and proactively calling prospective patients using personalized engagement techniques. Manage high-volume outreach with an auto-dialer, educate patients on ordered at-home services, and build trust with patients and caregivers. Develop familiarity with partner care models, collaborate with healthcare professionals for a seamless experience, and escalate questions and concerns to the right teams.
