Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and follow up on inbound requests from existing outreach campaigns.
  • •Use deep prospecting techniques to outreach patients in a personalized and engaging way.
  • •Utilize an auto-dialer to place 150 to 200 outbound calls per day, talk to 80 to 100 patients, and book appointments.
  • •Educate patients on ordered services and the benefits of receiving care in-home with Sprinter Health.
  • •Collaborate with other representatives and healthcare professionals; escalate questions and concerns to other teams when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work eastern time (EDT).
  • •At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, including at least 1 year in the healthcare industry.
