Job Summary

Lead the Radar After Sales team responsible for sustainment and lifecycle support of advanced radar systems in operational service. Drive after-sales strategy to ensure high availability, timely maintenance execution, and effective incident resolution. Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, repair centers, field service, and program management, while improving after-sales processes through escalation handling, root-cause analysis, and knowledge retention. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, export control, and contractual defense requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise the Radar After Sales team to ensure high system availability and lifecycle support for deployed radar systems.
•Define team priorities, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance against contractual commitments, SLAs, operational KPIs, and customer support objectives.
•Serve as the primary interface for customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating engineering, supply chain, repair centers, field service, and program management.
•Drive troubleshooting and recovery for complex technical issues affecting radar availability, reliability, maintainability, or operational performance.
•Oversee service planning, spare parts readiness, repair workflows, technical documentation updates, and ongoing improvement of after-sales processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
•10+ years of experience in technical support, integrated logistics support, field service, maintenance engineering, or after-sales functions, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
•Strong technical background in radar, RF, electronics, or other mission-critical defense systems across service, sustainment, and operational support phases.
•Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams, customer interfaces, service performance, and technical escalations in complex programs.
•Proven ability to lead incident resolution, maintenance planning, repair coordination, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
