Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee BOH customer service management, including aftersales, customer requests, and reservations, with follow-up and complaint handling.
  • •Manage till controls and cash remittances, including store opening support, closing supervision, and accurate till reconciliation.
  • •Oversee stock management processes, including inventory controls, stock discrepancies, stock takes, cycle counts, and shrinkage reduction.
  • •Monitor and manage conversion rates and average durations for reservations and customer requests, and manage lead times across aftersales and repair lifecycle.
  • •Support store administration including team supervision, training, internal communication, maintenance/security coordination, and health & safety procedure application.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of professional experience in store operation, stock management, and team management, preferably in high-end fashion, luxury, or hospitality.
  • •Very organized, rigorous and reliable, able to organize work autonomously and anticipate independently.
  • •Service- and customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills for internal and external customers.
  • •Proficient with Excel and IT tools.
  • •Team player; first experience of management is appreciated.
