Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and launch events by supporting Canadian experience selection, securing venues, and coordinating construction and production needs with the Production team.
  • •Own projects end to end—from project confirmation through construction, launch preparation, opening, and ongoing operations—driving timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.
  • •Navigate ambiguity by defining priorities, creating structure, and driving decisions even when information is incomplete.
  • •Analyze and optimize performance by tracking KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and driving process improvements.
  • •Drive revenue growth by owning and managing P&Ls, monitoring sales, and ensuring events meet or exceed targets; build and manage venue/agency partnerships.
