Own end-to-end delivery of Fever Originals live experiences for the Canadian market, from experience selection and venue securing through construction, launch preparation, opening, and ongoing operations. Key Responsibilities

•Plan and launch events by supporting Canadian experience selection, securing venues, and coordinating construction and production needs with the Production team.
•Own projects end to end—from project confirmation through construction, launch preparation, opening, and ongoing operations—driving timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.
•Navigate ambiguity by defining priorities, creating structure, and driving decisions even when information is incomplete.
•Analyze and optimize performance by tracking KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and driving process improvements.
•Drive revenue growth by owning and managing P&Ls, monitoring sales, and ensuring events meet or exceed targets; build and manage venue/agency partnerships.
