Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly performance reports and risk assessments for stakeholders and create weekly dashboards and reports for senior management.
  • •Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and work with teams and data providers to ensure data accuracy.
  • •Investigate and help resolve operational issues and risks, including monitoring data quality and highlighting discrepancies.
  • •Manage user access requests and maintain application user IDs, tracking requests to ensure deadlines are met.
  • •Document processes and reporting procedures, create and maintain reports using Power BI and SAP Web Intelligence, and support testing/validation of system changes by creating test cases and documenting results.
