Job Summary

Support day-to-day operational activities by tracking performance and risks, analyzing data, and preparing stakeholder reports. Key Responsibilities

•Prepare monthly performance reports and risk assessments for stakeholders and create weekly dashboards and reports for senior management.
•Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and work with teams and data providers to ensure data accuracy.
•Investigate and help resolve operational issues and risks, including monitoring data quality and highlighting discrepancies.
•Manage user access requests and maintain application user IDs, tracking requests to ensure deadlines are met.
•Document processes and reporting procedures, create and maintain reports using Power BI and SAP Web Intelligence, and support testing/validation of system changes by creating test cases and documenting results.

Key Requirements

•Good knowledge of Excel, Word, SharePoint, VBA, and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and develop solutions.
•Good written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex information simply.
•Strong time management and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
•High attention to detail, adaptability to changing priorities, and ability to build relationships and work in teams.
