Key Responsibilities

  • •Own asset protection strategy and execution across assigned sites, ensuring consistent standards while adapting to local risks.
  • •Conduct site visits, risk assessments, audits, and operational reviews to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvement plans.
  • •Lead complex investigations into theft, fraud, workplace incidents, policy violations, and other losses with proper documentation and evidence management.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop asset protection teams, providing guidance on investigations, incidents, and performance.
  • •Drive shrink and loss reduction using data analysis, trend identification, root-cause analysis, and targeted corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years progressive experience in asset protection, loss prevention, corporate security, investigations, or related fields, ideally across multiple locations.
  • •Proven experience leading investigations, audits, risk assessments, and security programs, including physical security systems and cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Strong communication skills with the willingness to travel to support multi-site execution.
  • •Ability to translate risk into practical site-level solutions that improve security and reduce loss.
  • •Experience coaching and developing asset protection teams while driving accountability and performance.
