Key Responsibilities

•Lead market analysis for the Security Solutions product suite, including dashboard development, retrospective and prospective performance forecasting, and analytics to support development and strategic planning.
•Drive the planning, coordination and preparation of product analysis to align with market needs and customer expectations.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (global product, sales, account management, customer success) to ensure seamless product performance measurement and fraud analysis.
•Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and strategies.
•Take ownership of product performance activities, including presenting at quarterly fraud reviews, preparing internal webinars, and monitoring post-launch performance.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 94,000 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field (or equivalent) with preference for payments experience
•Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically about complex issues in payments technology
•Experience collaborating with regional/global teams (product, sales, account management, customer success) to support product performance and fraud analysis
•Self-starter who is highly organized, collaborative, and results-driven with excellent relationship-building skills
•Willingness to travel overnight (5-10%)
