Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage interface activities for enabling works, including logistics, construction integration, and security strategy across project phases.
  • •Lead interface coordination and security as required for enabling works on a major rail project.
  • •Develop and support the interface strategy across the project lifecycle by planning, documenting, and aligning how contracts, systems, and stakeholders interface and collaborate.
  • •Review and update the client’s Interface Agreement as needed to ensure the interface strategy and agreement support successful delivery.
  • •Coordinate and manage interfaces with external stakeholders (e.g., Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council, National Transport Authority, Uisce Eireann, Gas Networks Ireland, ESB Networks, telecoms) while maintaining effective communications with interfacing stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •15 years’ experience with at least 5 years’ interface management / construction management / project management experience on high value metro rail projects or similar scale and complexity.
  • •Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area such as engineering, construction, or project management.
  • •Masters (Level 9) in a relevant field (or equivalent) would be advantageous.
  • •Professional memberships (SCSI / RICS, CIOB, IEI or similar, CIArb).
  • •Experience managing complex project integration and delivering within safety-critical, regulated, and unionised environments.
