Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and set up 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components to drawings and specifications.
  • •Adjust machine settings and tooling to optimize performance and ensure product quality.
  • •Execute the day plan to meet throughput targets by coordinating resources and addressing bottlenecks.
  • •Act as the primary focal point for the machining and extrusion cell, ensuring operational excellence and addressing challenges.
  • •Deputize for the supervisor when absent, including attending planning and quality meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience operating and programming 5-axis CNC milling machines in a high-precision engineering environment.
